Based on part three of Article 85-3, of part six of Article 116, of part one of article 117 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about scrap and family, the paragraph of third No. 122-Z "About bases of activities for prevention of offenses" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2014
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for recognition of children being in socially dangerous provision and needing the state protection it (is applied).
2. Establish criteria and indicators of socially dangerous provision according to appendix.
3. Bring in Item 6 of appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2022 No. 456 "About questions of prevention of offenses" the following changes:
the ninth to exclude the paragraph;
the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"in need of compliance with the legislation on scrap and family holding actions for identification of socially dangerous provision of children in families where domestic violence is committed;".
