About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Regulation of Ensuring Technical Safety"

Article 1. State part 6 of article 11 of the Law of October 24, 2005 to No. ZR-204 "About state regulation of ensuring technical safety" (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"6. The operated hazardous production facility is subject to examination of technical safety at least once a year. For separate groups of hazardous production facilities the government of the Republic of Armenia can establish longer terms of frequency of conducting examination. The terms provided by this part are estimated from the moment of conducting the previous examination".
Article 2. In article 15 of the Law:
