1. Form:
1) the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Kyrgyz Republic based on the State agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) the State agency of physical culture and sport under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic based on Department of physical culture and sport under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Rename the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic into the Ministry of Culture, information and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 5, 2021 No. 114 the following change:
- to state paragraph two of Item 5 in the following edition:
"-State agency of physical culture and sport;".
4. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure and structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and structure of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 12, 2021 No. 425 the following changes:
