About modification of some orders of the Government (adjustment of the regulatory base in the field of information systems of general access)

Based on article 22 of the Law on informatization and the state information resources No. 467/2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on government electronic service of authentication and access control (MPass) approved by the Order of the Government No. 1090/2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 4-8, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. declare Item 17 invalid;

1.2. in Item 18 "strengthened" to exclude the word;

1.3. in Item 28 of the word "approved by the order of the Secretary general of the Government" to replace with the text "approved as the owner of the service MPass";

1.4. in Item 321 of the word of "service of certification in the field of the strengthened qualified digital signature" shall be replaced with words "qualified confidential services", "mechanisms of the strengthened qualified digital signature" shall be replaced with words words "qualified confidential services";
