About modification of the Order of the Government No. 697/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 697/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 329, of the Art. 802), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in appendix No. 1:

1.1.1. 10) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"10) the international cooperation for the purpose of development and the humanitarian assistance.";

1.1.2. 71) of Item 7 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"71) coordinating of policy in the field of international cooperation for the purpose of development and the humanitarian assistance";

1.2. in appendix No. 2 line item "Service of international cooperation for the purpose of development" to replace with line item "Department of international cooperation for the purpose of development and the humanitarian assistance";

1.3. state appendix No. 3 in the following edition:

1.4. in appendix No. 4 after line item to add "Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Republic of India" with line item "Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
