Article 1. Bring in article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal profession and lawyer activities" of March 18, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 3, the Art. 204, No. 11, Art. 958; 2016, No. 5, Art. 362; 2017, No. 1-2, of Art. 14; 2020, No. 7-9, of Art. 610; 2024, Art. No. 1-2, 8) the following changes and amendments:
- "to entering into cash desk of the corresponding lawyer forming or" to exclude from part 6 of the word;
- part 7 after the word is "paid" to be added with the words "in non-cash form";
- to add part 10 after the word of "help" with the words "in non-cash form".
Article 2. Enact this Law since January 1, 2026.
