About change of class of Consulate of the Republic of Moldova in the city of Padua, Republic of Italy, and about modification of some orders of the Government

Based on part (5) article 6 of the Law No. 761/2001 on diplomatic service (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 216-220, 645), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve according to the offer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs change of class of Consulate of the Republic of Moldova in the city of Padua, Republic of Italy, on "Consulate general of the Republic of Moldova in the city of Padua, Republic of Italy".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 945/2013 about organization of Consulate of the Republic of Moldova in of Padov, the Republic of Italy (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 276-280, 1050) to make the following changes:

2.1. in the name and in all text of the resolution shall be replaced with words the word of "Consulate" "Consulate general", and "in of Padov" shall be replaced with words the text "in the city of Padua";

2.2. declare Item 3 invalid.

3. Appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 697/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2017, No. 329, Art. 802), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line item of the following content: "Consulate general of the Republic of Moldova in the city of Padua, Republic of Italy".

4. In the Order of the Government No. 959/2018 about approval of the List of positions and hierarchical coefficients for determination of official benefits for personnel of organizations of diplomatic service of the Republic of Moldova abroad, settlement basis for determination of official benefits, and also structures and the number of staff of their personnel (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 377-383, 1013), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

4.1. in the subitem 3) of Item 1 of figure "50" to replace with figures "51";
