About modification of some orders of the Government (regarding letting of idle assets)

Based on Item f) parts (1) Articles 6, articles 17 and 18 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for letting of idle assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 483/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 69-71, 460), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2 the text "on self-financing," to replace with the text "on self-financing, budget bodies / organizations, independent/autonomous budget bodies";

1.2. in Item 8:

1.2.1. in paragraph one:

1.2.1.1. the first offer after the text of "budget institutions" to add with the text "public organizations and";

1.2.1.2. the second offer after the word "is specified" to add with the text "procedure for selection of employers,";

1.3. in Item 91:
