About modification of the Regulations about the procedure of execution of the monetary claims based on regulations of the public law approved by the Order of the Government No. 618/2019

Based on part (1) Article 36 and article 37 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations about the procedure of execution of the monetary claims based on regulations of the public law approved by the Order of the Government No. 618/2019 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 367-377, 949), to make the following changes:

1.1. state Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. From the moment of transition to forced execution the debt is subject to collection in the government budget by code of economic classification 145113 "The other incomes arriving in the government budget from the monetary claims based on regulations of the public law". The amounts registered by code of economic classification 145113 "Other incomes, arriving in the government budget from the monetary claims based on regulations of the public law" according to warrants for execution are distributed by the State Tax Administration in the relevant budgets (accounts) based on warrants for execution and performed by the State Treasury according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Finance.";
