About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 480-485, 1310), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. to add Item 5 of appendix No. 1 to the resolution with the Section I3 of the following content:

"I3. The youth centers belong to the categories of organizations taking into account category of assessment received as a result of assessment according to the procedure approved by the Government.";

1.2. to add Item 31 of appendix No. 3 to the resolution with the offer of the following content: "For pedagogical workers, including sports profile, in case of establishment and calculation of the allowance for achievements also monthly allowance for the appropriated pedagogical degree is considered.";

1.3. in appendix No. 4 to the resolution:

1.3.1. in Item 71:

in the subparagraph the seventh text "department No. 2 of investigation of crimes of terrorism financing, arms trafficking, explosive and radioactive materials of Management of investigation of money laundering offenses and to terrorism financing" shall be replaced with words "Managements of investigation of money laundering offenses and to terrorism financing";

1.3.2. after the subparagraph of the seventh to add with the subparagraph of the following content:

"-the government employee with special status of Management of special actions on border of the General inspectorate of Boundary police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;";

1.3.3. 5) of Item 8 to declare the subitem invalid;

1.3.4. add with Item of 81 following contents:
