1. These rules establish procedure of payments of the size of interest for using the money which is on the nominal account of the organization for management of the rights on collective basis (further - money).
2. Interest for using money are charged for each day of use of money in the amount of, calculated as the work of balance in cash and the interest rate for use of money defined by the agreement of the nominal account, divided on the number of days in the current year.
3. The interest rate for use of money is determined in the agreement of the nominal account not below the one third key interest rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation operating for each accrual date of interest for using money.
4. In case of change of key interest rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation value of interest rate for use of money changes no later than one working day following behind day of placement of the relevant information on change of key interest rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation on the official site of the Central bank of the Russian Federation on the Internet.
