About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260

Item 91 (3) Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2020, No. 36, Art. 5618; 2022, No. 17, of the Art. 2908) to state in the following edition:
"91(3). After acceptance in the second reading of the federal law draft Commission of the Government on bill activities gives the assignment to federal executive body or the organization about development and submission to the Government of the draft of the scheduled plan of preparation of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of the Federal Law (further - the schedule). In case of lack of the order of the Commission of the Government on bill activities the corresponding order is given by the Deputy Prime Minister (according to distribution of obligations).
The federal executive body or the organization - the head contractor provides preparation of the draft of the scheduled plan, its approval and submission to the Government by heads (their deputies) of federal executive bodies or the organizations in electronic form not later than in 15-day time from the date of receipt of the order of the Commission of the Government on bill activities or orders of the Deputy Prime Minister (according to distribution of obligations) or in time, established by the corresponding order.
The draft of the scheduled plan is approved with heads (their deputies) of federal executive bodies to which field of activity development of the corresponding projects of regulatory legal acts, no more than in 5-day time from the date of its revenues to approval belongs.
