Item 24 Corrected collections, calculations, payments and penalties of utilization collection concerning self-propelled machines and (or) trail cars to them, and also return and offset of excessively paid or excessively collected amounts of this collection approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2016 No. 81 "About utilization collection concerning self-propelled machines and (or) trail cars to them and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 7, Art. 991; 2022, No. 14, of the Art. 2297) to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"For the IV quarter 2024 and the I-III quarters 2025 the largest producer performs payment of utilization collection till December 25, 2025".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
