About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 14, 2025 No. 7

1. Bring in appendix to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 14, 2025 No. 7 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the cast aluminum rims coming from Japan, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Republic of Turkey and Malaysia and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:

a) in the column of the first table to replace the word "Japan" with the word "Japan *";

b) add with footnote with sign "*" the following content:

"* The anti-dumping duty is not applied to the cast aluminum rims which were in the use specified in Item 1 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 14, 2025 to No. 7, imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of no more than 300 tons per year and on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of no more than 135 tons per year.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
