About change of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 14, 2025 No. 7

According to Item 30 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), having taken into account information on results of the consultations held by the Eurasian economic commission with participation of representatives of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on need of modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 14, 2025 No. 7 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the cast aluminum rims coming from Japan, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Republic of Turkey and Malaysia and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further - the Solution No. 7), the Eurasian intergovernmental DECIDED: council

1. Boards of the Eurasian economic commission to make at the regular meeting the decision on modification of the Solution No. 7, having provided possibility of import to the territories of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan of the cast aluminum rims which were in the use from Japan without payment of anti-dumping duty in the amount which is not exceeding 300 and 135 tons respectively within every year of action of the anti-dumping measure applied according to the Decision No. 7.

2. Determine that the Decision No. 7 becomes effective from the effective date decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of changes in it according to Item 1 of this Decision.
