Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About trade secret" of June 18, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 6, the Art. 461) the following changes:
1. In part one of Article 2 of the word "Scope of This Law Includes the Relations Connected with Information" shall be replaced with words "This Law is applied to the relations connected with reference of information to trade secret".
2. In Article 5:
- to exclude from preamble of the word "in the relation";
- in the subitem) "violations" and "violations" respectively shall be replaced with words words "non-compliance with requirements" and "offenses";
- in the subitem з) shall be replaced with words the words "on work and services" "works and services";
- in the subitem and) "use of labor of love of citizens" shall be replaced with words words "involvement of volunteers";
- in the subitem of l) "other laws" shall be replaced with words words "legislation".
3. In parts 1, 2 and 3 Articles 6 of the word of "public authority", to "public authority" and "public authorities" respectively shall be replaced with words "state body", to "state body" and "state bodies".
4. Regarding the 2nd Article 7:
- in the subitem in) "current legislation" shall be replaced with words words "the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- in the subitem д) words "public authorities, local authorities, local public administration" shall be replaced with words "state bodies, local executive bodies of the government";
- in the subitem) "law" shall be replaced with words words "the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".
