Article 1. Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state services" of April 2, 2020 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2020, No. 4-5, of Art. 236; 2023, No. 11, the Art. 479) to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The electronic document confirming cashless payment of the amount of paid state services including the electronic receipt, the paid order and other notification of the payment service provider on accomplishment of transaction on cashless payment of the state services are recognized after receipt of their electronic copy in system of accounting of clearing settlements of the service provider.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
