About modification of the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on production, purchase and delivery of ammunition

Bring in the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on production, purchase and delivery of ammunition approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2023 No. 763 "About implementation of the pilot project on production, purchase and delivery of ammunition" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 75, Art. 4239; 2024, No. 3, the Art. 99, No. 18, the Art. 1167, No. 86, the Art. 5348), the enclosed changes.

1. Add item 4 with the subitem 3 following of content:
"3) the subjects of managing having the license for the right of implementation of economic activity on production, production, realization (leave) and/or import to the territory of Ukraine of the precursors included in the list No. 1 and the list No. 2 of the table IV of the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2000 No. 770 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 19, the Art. 789), - concerning realization (leave) of the substances specified in Item 7 of this Procedure, to the subjects of managing performing development and/or production of ammunition according to this Procedure.".
