About additional measures for support of livestock production and poultry farming, creation of high value added in these spheres

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 30, 2025 No. UP-15 "About Measures for Implementation of Modern Mechanisms of Protection and Rational Use of Pastures", and also for the purpose of uninterrupted supply of high-quality and available livestock and poultry-farming products on the domestic markets, expansions of production capacities and increase in efficiency of the state support of livestock and poultry-farming farms:

1. Approve:

Forecast indicators of production volumes of meat and milk in 2025 according to appendix No. 1 *;

Forecast indicators of production volumes of eggs and fowl in 2025 according to appendix No. 2 *;

Indicators of employment of the population on the basis of system of cooperation of poultry farming in regions in 2025 according to appendix No. 3*.

Forecast indicators of export of poultry-farming products in 2025 according to appendix No. 4*.

2. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Economics and finance and Committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production (further - Committee of veterinary science) on support of livestock production and poultry farming for the purpose of achievement of the forecast indicators specified in appendices No. No. 1 - 4 * to this resolution, providing:

a) implementation for the term of 1 April of 2025 till January 1, 2028 of procedure for return to the 25th day of every month, 50 percent of the value added tax paid by livestock and poultry-farming farms to the Government budget. At the same time this procedure extends to livestock and poultry-farming farms which total sales from realization made meat, milk, fowl and eggs constitute at least 90 percent of income gained from realization of all goods (services).
