Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of compensation to the Russian credit institutions of the half-received income on the credits issued to members of the free economic zone in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 15, 2024 No. 1089 "About compensation to the Russian credit institutions of the half-received income on the credits issued to members of the free economic zone in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 34, the Art. 5254).

The condition provided by paragraph one of this Item is not applied to investment projects in the field of trade in fuels and lubricants, except for activities of gas stations.".
