For the purpose of achievement of the priority purposes of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 11, 2023 No. UP-158 "About Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030", and also raisings in 2025 on qualitatively new activity level of responsible state bodies and organizations in the field of prevention of offenses in махаллях the republics:

1. Establish for the responsible departments and organizations determined by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About prevention of offenses" and the Concept of public safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan as priority task in 2025 "the early prevention of offenses in each makhalla" and to implement the following mechanisms of work:
