About the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register"

This Law determines legal, organizational and financial basis of creation and functioning of the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register" for the purpose of protection of the rights and interests of physical persons and legal entities during creation, storage, processing and use of register information in public electronic registers.

Section I. General provisions

Article 1. Determination of terms

1. In this Law the stated below terms are used in the following value:

1) analytical (monitoring) information - the depersonalized information processed or intended for processing based on register information is also used for the purpose of generalization and/or establishment of quantity and quality characteristics, general tendencies, positive or negative phenomena (processes) during the forming and realization of the state agrarian policy, state policy in spheres of agricultural industry and concerning food security of the state;

2) extraction from the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register" - the document which is created gratuitously by means of software of maintaining the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register" and contains information on the subject received on the basis of the criteria of search specified in request for its forming and confirms registration of such subject in the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register";

3) interoperability - technological compatibility of the technical solutions used for electronic data exchange, interaction of registers, information and communication systems, electronic and information resources and inventories (further - electronic information resources), and also provisions of administrative and other public services to subjects in spheres of ensuring forming and realization of the state agrarian policy, state policy in spheres of agricultural industry and concerning food security of the state;
