533-8) creates the need of the labor market for recognition of professional qualifications taking into account relevance of professions in the current and future periods in coordination with local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value and the capital;

533-9) makes offers in authorized body in the field of recognition of professional qualifications on modification and amendments in the register of professions;".
