About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning price stabilization on medicines

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2025.

Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2008 No. 955 "About measures for price stabilization on medicines and medical products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 84, Art. 2825; 2015, No. 54, Art. 1740; 2017, No. 26, Art. 749; 2019, No. 43, Art. 1483; 2021, No. 11, Art. 466, No. 67, Art. 4230; 2023, 65, 3697) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"1. Establish:
1) on the medicines (except radio pharmaceutical medicines, narcotic, psychotropic medicines, medical gases, and also medicines containing precursors) included in the National list of the main medicines acquired at the expense of the sources which are not prohibited by the legislation except means state and/or local budgets, limiting supplying and sales allowances is not higher than 8 percent charged to wholesale selling price taking into account taxes and fees and limiting trade (retail) allowances, proceeding from purchase price taking into account the taxes which are not exceeding such sizes:
