About modification of Item 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 93

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make change to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 93 "About collection of payment for accomplishment of customs formalities by customs authorities out of the location of customs authorities or out of the working hours established for customs authorities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 4, Art. 139; 2012, No. 40, Art. 1517; 2014, No. 65, the Art. 1798), having replaced paragraph two with paragraphs of the following content:

"the payment for accomplishment of customs formalities by customs authorities out of the location of customs authorities or out of the working hours established for them (further - payment), is levied from interested persons according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Finance, on the basis:

the written appeal of the customs applicant to customs authority - for accomplishment of customs formalities out of the location of customs authority and/or out of the working hours established for it;

the inspection report (review) of goods, vehicles, hand luggage and the baggage signed by the representative of the customs applicant and the official of customs authority - for accomplishment of the forms of customs control determined using risk management system out of the location of customs authority;".

2.
