1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 3, 2010 No. 675 "About approval of Rules of import to the territory of the Russian Federation of the medicines intended for humanitarian assistance (assistance) or the help in case of emergency situations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 37, Art. 4690; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7390; 2012, No. 37, Art. 5002).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 3, 2010 No. 675

1. In the name and the text of the word "on the territory of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "to the Russian Federation".

2. In Rules of import to the territory of the Russian Federation of the medicines intended for humanitarian assistance (assistance) or the help in case of the emergency situations approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the name, Items 1 and 2 of the word "on the territory of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "to the Russian Federation";

b) to recognize subitems "v" and "e" of item 4 invalid;
