attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the transport driver at the rate from hundred fifty thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.
2. Violation by the foreign carriers registered in the territory of one of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of implementation of cabotage motor transportations of loads or conditions of implementation of cabotage motor transportations of loads -
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver of the cargo vehicle at the rate from hundred thousand to hundred fifty thousand rubles.".
