About remote trade in jewelry through online stores
For the purpose of implementation of remote trade in jewelry and other household products * with use of the global computer Internet through online stores (further - Internet trade), law enforcement of turnover of such products, consumer protection:
1. Determine that the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs having the license for activities connected with precious metals and gemstones, the constituting work and (or) service of which is retail trade by precious metals and gemstones, have the right to perform from March 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 out of objects (places) of performance of works and (or) rendering the services specified in these licenses, Internet trade in the jewelry and other household products made in the Republic of Belarus and marked by identification codes **.

* For the purposes of this Decree the term "jewelry and other household products" is used in the value determined in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 No. 110-Z "About precious metals and gemstones".
** For the purposes of this Decree the code of identification is understood as the unique sequence of symbols in machine-readable form presented in the form of two-dimensional bar code of DataMatrix and which is the reference in the state information system of marking of goods "Electronic sign" containing information on goods.
2. Features of implementation of Internet trade in the jewelry and other household products made in the Republic of Belarus and marked by identification codes are determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till March 1, 2025 to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
