Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 30, 2012 No. 283-FZ "About social guarantees to employees of some federal executive bodies and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7608; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6152; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2374; 2024, No. 1, Art. 40) following changes:

1) in Article 4:

a) add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Lump social sum payment is provided to the employee provided that he during the entire period of passing of public service did not receive subsidy or other payments for acquisition or construction of premises at the expense of means of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation, except for payments on realization of additional measures of the state support of the families having children (means of the maternity (family) capital) for the purpose of improvement of housing conditions and social payments for acquisition of premises in connection with loss of premises as a result of emergency situations, natural disasters, acts of terrorism or in case of suppression of acts of terrorism by lawful actions.";

b) add with parts 7.1 - 7.3 following of content:

"7.1. The right to lump social sum payment remains for citizens of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies without pension entitlement and accepted during service on accounting as having the right to lump social sum payment, in case of contract cancelation and dismissal on one of the following bases:
