1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the activity definition, the emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic performed by exclusively state companies under the Ministry" of October 12, 2023 No. 547 the following change:

"1. Determine that accomplishment of precautionary, liquidating, emergency and recovery and shore protection works, and also works on construction of the hydroconstructions and other objects which are directly connected with protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature can be performed by exclusively state companies under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
