Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 24, 2021 No. 1264 "About approval of Rules of exchange of documents in electronic form under the organization of information exchange" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 31, the Art. 5927):

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, other state bodies, bodies of the public power of the federal territory Sirius, local government bodies, the public and local government offices, state and to the municipal unitary enterprises, the organizations performing publicly significant functions, to the organizations, created for accomplishment of the tasks set for the Government of the Russian Federation, public authorities of the Russian Federation or public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to the legal entities created based on the Federal Laws, to legal entities in whose authorized capital there is share of the Russian Federation, either subjects of the Russian Federation, or municipalities, to state non-budgetary funds and also other legal entities to use the Rules approved by this resolution.";
