About introduction of amendments to the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Add with Articles 82.4 - 82.8 following of content:
"82.4. The term of content of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Center is estimated from the moment of their receipt in the Center according to the decision on their placement in the Center. The foreign citizens and stateless persons containing in the Center cannot contain in the Center over the term, specified in the decision made on their placement in the Center. Before the expiration of the specified term the issue of prolongation of term of content in the Center of the specified foreign citizens and stateless persons or shall be resolved of their release (release). The head of the Center informs on it relevant organ of the executive authority orally or in writing in 1 (one) working day prior to the termination of term of accommodation of the foreigner and the stateless person in the Center. Except as specified prolongation of term based on the judgment, the relevant organ of the executive authority makes the decision on prolongation of term of content of foreigners and persons without citizenship in the Center or on their release (release).
82.5. In case of receipt in the Center of the decision on prolongation of term of content of the foreigners and stateless persons containing in the Center or about their release (release) it is subject to immediate execution taking into account Article 82.6 of this Code.
