About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the child's rights"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the child's rights" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 8, Article 484 (Volume I); 2024, No. 5 (the book I), Article 503) to make the following changes:
1. Add with Article 29-1 of the following content:
"Article 29-1. Services in child care facilities
Services in the public and non-state child care facilities are provided according to the requirements established by relevant organ of the executive authority concerning quality of these services."
2. To add the second part of the following content to Article 43:
"Criteria of monitoring of condition of ensuring realization of the rights of the child in all spheres are established by relevant organ of the executive authority."
