1. Assign to the Ministry of digital transformation of function of ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the field of the organization and carrying out gamblings and the lottery sphere.
2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions of limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2024, No. 11, the Art. 703) and of September 18, 2019 No. 856 "Questions of the Ministry of digital transformation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 80, Art. 2736; 2024, No. 13, the Art. 831) changes which are applied.
3. According to part six of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to transfer part of the budget settings provided economic financially to department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries for 2025 according to the program 0418010 "Management and management in the field of regulation of gamblings and lotteries" for the general fund of the government budget in the amount 14347, by 9 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses, including compensation - 11760, 6 thousand hryvnias), to the Ministry of digital transformation to the program 2901010 "Management and management in the field of digital transformation" for the general fund of the government budget in the amount 14347, in 9 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses, including compensation - 11760, 6 thousand hryvnias).
