1. Approve the Procedure for renewal and issue of duplicates of special permissions to use of natural resources in 2007 which is applied.
2. To the public geological service (Proskuryakov O. A.) provide provision of this order on state registration in Ministry of Justice.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Glazunov S. M.

1.1. Special permissions to use of natural resources (daleerazresheniye) are renewed in the cases provided by the Procedure for provision in 2007 of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2007 N480 (further - the Procedure for provision).
1.2. The decision on renewal of permission is made by Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources.
