About modification of some regulations (simplification of access for local entrepreneurs to the foreign capital markets)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
This law shifts:
– Item (j) of Article 2, parts (1) and (2) articles 3b, part (1) and the paragraph first of part (2) the articles 3D, parts (1), (3) and (4) Article 7 of the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2007/36/EC of July 11, 2007 about implementation of certain shareholder rights in the companies which shares are admitted to organized trading, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 184 of July 14, 2007, CELEX: 32007L0036, with the last changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2023/2864 of December 13, 2023;
– part (4) Article 72 and the paragraph first of Article 83 of the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2017/1132 of June 14, 2017 about some aspects of corporate law, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 169 of June 30, 2017, CELEX: 32017L1132, with the last changes made by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2021/23 of December 16, 2020.
Art. I. – In the Join-stock companies law No. 1134/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 372-382, 341), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
