1) creation of effective management system, preserving, maintenance of integrity of the historical and cultural monuments and objects of historical and cultural heritage of the city of Turkestan including located in conservation zones of the mausoleum of Hodzhi Ahmed Yasaui;
2) planning and management of archaeological and scientific and restoration works on historical and cultural monuments in the territory of Hodzhi Ahmed Yasaui's mausoleum and his conservation zones;
3) preserving, development, revival of historical and cultural heritage and development of national workmanship;
