The purpose of the Technique is determination of the mechanism of calculation of the infrastructure collection levied by the operator of the airport (airfield) for use of infrastructure facilities, the equipment and technical means of the airport from the service providers of land servicing and airlines which are independently servicing the aircrafts, passengers, baggage, load and mail.
The list of the services of land servicing which are part of airport activities to which access for service providers of land servicing and independent land servicing of airlines is open is established in appendices 6, of 7 Rules of implementation of land servicing at the airports approved by the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 2, 2019 No. 750 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19433).
