"7. The structure of the Commission, in addition to representatives of authorized body in the field of gas and gas supply (further - authorized body), joins (under approval) the representative of Public council of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of public organizations, National chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, political parties and republican public associations.
The Commissions are not included representatives of persons enabling wholesale and (or) retail sale of the liquefied oil gas, the industrial consumers using the liquefied oil gas as raw materials for production of petrochemical products, and also associations (unions) of the individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities performing activities in the market of the liquefied oil gas.
The authorized body annually (term is counted from the date of statement of structure of the Commission) reviews and staticizes structure of the Commission.".
