According to part 5 of Article 6, of Items 3, of the 10th Chapter XII of "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service", the subitem "d" of Item 35 of the Regulations on passing of military service faces of the officers, ensigns (warrant officers) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 07.11.2001 of N 1053, subitems 18, of 23, of 27, of the 28th item 4 of the Regulations on Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 04.08.2003 of N 797, for the purpose of creation of system of movement of the officials holding separate positions, acquisitions of practical experience in accomplishment of service duties, enhancements of preparation, increase in professional level and strengthening of counteraction to involvement of faces of officers in unlawful activity on frontier I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of positions, stay deadlines on them and alternation of service of faces of officers of the State Border Service of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. To submit to legal support division of International legal department together with management of personnel the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Send the order to each body of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
