About modification of some regulations (production and/or sale of uniform of government employees of bodies of the public power in the field of defense, homeland security, public order and system of penitentiary administration)

Art. I. – In article 21 of the Law on training of citizens for protection of the Homeland No. 1245/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 137-138, 1054), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to state 3) in the following edition:

Art. II. – Article 44 of the Law on the status of the officer of information and safety No. 170/2007 (2007, Art. No. 171-174, 667), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (6) the following content:
