About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine concerning features of state registration of medicines which can be bought by person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care, and settlements of the single questions connected with realization of medicines

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 22, Art. 86 with the following changes):

1) in Article 2 part two:

to state determination of the term "State Register of Medicines of Ukraine" in the following edition:

"The state register of medicinal means - the information and communication system containing data on the registered medicines";

add taking into account alphabetic procedure with terms of the following content:

"drugstore - the healthcare institution which is the place of implementation of economic activity of the subject of managing on retail trade by medicines which main objective is pharmaceutical servicing of the population which can function as independently, and together with pharmaceutical Items as its structural divisions created in treatment and prevention facilities;

pharmacy chain - set of two and more drugstores irrespective of the legal form and pattern of ownership connected among themselves directly or indirectly by the relations of control and which consolidation happens on certain general characteristics: drugstores have general final beneficial owners (controllers), the related persons or several of them, single centralized management which has the rights allowing to determine conditions of economic activity, centralized supply, acceptance with associations of single solutions in any form or any other approved behavior (activities, failure to act) directed to price fixation or other conditions of acquisition or sales of goods, use of single names of drugstores and pharmaceutical Items, general objects of intellectual property right";
