1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of the status of the stateless person and certification to the stateless person according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

1. This Provision establishes the procedure of determination of the status of the stateless person and certification to the stateless person.
2. In this Provision the following concepts are used:
- the automated information system (further - AIS) - the system which is set of program hardware, intended for automation of the activities connected with collection, storage, transfer and information processing;
- the questionnaire statement - the document containing personal data of the petitioning person, which is drawn up in electronic form;
