1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 249 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry) is the central state body of the executive authority developing and realizing state policy and exercising control in the field of health care.";
- in Item 6:

"-performs through regional bodies of health care of areas, cities of Bishkek and Osh, the coordination commissions on health care in case of plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, the city halls of the cities of Bishkek and Osh control of organization activity of health care irrespective of patterns of ownership;";
- add subitem 5 with paragraphs of the following content:
"-provides financing of the organizations of health care realizing the Program of the state guarantees for providing citizens with the medical and sanitary help at the expense of means of the republican budget on besstateyny basis;
