About procedure for forming and budget implementation of health care system
(Extraction)

For the purpose of enhancement of methods of financing of the medical and sanitary help in system of the Single payer, according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About system of the Single payer in financing of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic", "About protection of public health in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Procedure for forming of standard rates of financing in health care system of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure for forming of standard rates of financing of the organizations of public health care according to appendix 2;

3) Regulations on use of the means received by the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3.

2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) the made calculations of financing in health care system, except for the organizations of public health care, for 2025 to leave without changes;

2) to make calculations of financing of the organizations of public health care for 2025 according to this resolution;

3) to make calculations of financing in health care system for 2026 taking into account this resolution;

Execution of this resolution to perform 4) within the approved budget for the corresponding years;

5) to take necessary measures for execution of this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About financing of health care on program basis" of May 21, 2007 No. 184;
