1. Approve Regulations on Public service of highways of Ukraine which are applied.
2. To public service of highways to bring in two-month time own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since May 1, 2007.

1. Public service of highways of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Transport and Communications.
2. Ukravtodor in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Minister of Transport and Communications and this Provision.
Ukravtodor generalizes practice of application of the legislation on questions which are within its competence, develops offers concerning enhancement of the legislation and in accordance with the established procedure submits them for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Ukravtodor will organize accomplishment of acts of the legislation within the powers and exercises control of their realization.
3. The main tasks of Ukravtodor are:
preparation of offers concerning forming of state policy in the field of road economy and ensuring its realization;
development and strategy implementation of development of road economy;
