About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 46-1 to add 1) with the following offer: "The plan for correction is constituted in writing, on paper or electronically or with transformation to easily accessible electronic format, including with use of the simple digital signature.".

2. In Article 425:

part (to add 2) with the following offer: "The evidence can be obtained, processed, kept and presented in documentation form on paper or electronically or with transformation of the corresponding documentation to easily accessible electronic format, including with use of the simple digital signature.";

in part ("copies and photo or videos" shall be replaced with words 6-1) words "electronic, photo or video copies or electronic, photo or videos";

part (6-2) to state in the following edition:

"(6-2) Copies on paper, electronically or with transformation of documentation to easily accessible electronic format, including signed by the simple digital signature, are carried out with use of the appropriate technical means and procedures allowing to provide integrity of information, the specialist working or in certain cases not working in law enforcement agencies.";

in part (6-3) words "copies, photo or videos" and "copies and photo or videos" shall be replaced with words "electronic, photo or video copies or electronic, photo or videos".

3. In Article 440:
