About modification of some regulations (adjustment of the regulatory base according to provisions of the Law on industrial emissions No. 227/2022)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

St. I. – In item 4 of article 12 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 33), with subsequent changes, word "nature protection bodies", shall be replaced with words "bodies of environmental protection,".

St. II. – In the Law on environmental protection No. 1515/1993 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1993, No. 10, of the Art. 283), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3:
