According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", within further implementation of provisions of Regulations of the European Parliament and Council (EU) of June 26, 2013 and about modification of Regulations (EU) No. 648/2012, for the purpose of enhancement of approaches to determination by banks of Ukraine of the extent of credit risk on active banking activities of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides No. 575/2013 about prudential requirements for credit institutes:

In paragraph one of subitem 15-3 of Item 5 of the Section I of the Regulations on determination by banks of Ukraine of the extent of the credit risk on active banking activities approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 30, 2016 No. 351 (with changes), words and figure "which is not the face tied with bank according to requirements of article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity"," to exclude.
