For the purpose of unification and standardization of the customs processes directed to acceleration of making of customs transactions and optimization of measures of customs control according to Item 3 of Article 1 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, Item 2 of article 91 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Single standards of making of customs transactions and carrying out customs control concerning goods and vehicles by customs authorities according to appendix.
2. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since April 1, 2025.
